1. Reseller Responsibilities
As an authorized IPTV Reseller, you are permitted to sell our IPTV services to your customers under the terms outlined herein. You are responsible for:
– Managing customer subscriptions, including activations, renewals, and deactivations.
– Providing basic customer support and ensuring compliance with our usage policies.
– Preventing unauthorized account sharing or resale outside approved channels.
– Ensuring that customers do not engage in illegal streaming or violate intellectual property laws.

Any fraudulent activity, misuse of services, or violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

2. Reseller Pricing & Commission
– Resellers receive access to discounted wholesale prices and commission structures based on their selected plan.
– You are free to set your own retail pricing, provided that you adhere to our minimum pricing guidelines to maintain market fairness.
– Any violation of pricing policies may lead to account restrictions or termination.

3. Subscription Management
– Resellers are granted access to a dedicated reseller panel for managing customer accounts.
– Responsibilities include activating, deactivating, and renewing subscriptions on time to prevent service interruptions.
– Resellers must ensure that customers are informed of their renewal dates and any service updates.

4. Prohibited Actions
Resellers must not engage in:
– Sharing Subscriptions: Each subscription is for individual use and cannot be shared or resold in an unauthorized manner.
– Illegal Use: The service must not be used for pirated content or any other illegal streaming activities.
– Violation of Terms: Unauthorized account sales, price manipulation, or resale through unapproved methods will result in termination.

5. Support & Communication
– Resellers must provide first-level customer support to their clients.
– If an issue cannot be resolved, the reseller should escalate it to our support team through the official communication channels (WhatsApp or email).
– Only the contact details registered with us will be recognized for communication and support requests.

6. Account Suspension & Termination
– We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any reseller account found violating these terms.
– In case of termination due to policy violations, all pending commissions will be forfeited.
– Resellers are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning IPTV distribution.

7. Service Availability & Updates
– Our IPTV services are subject to availability and may change over time based on licensing agreements.
– While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, occasional downtimes may occur due to maintenance or external factors.
– Resellers and customers will be notified of any major service disruptions or updates.
